Mark Holm, President & Co-Founder

Mark Holm is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, he was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps. During his 3 year commitment, he served as a platoon commander with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. Mark’s unit was one of the first Marine units involved with Operation Desert Shield and the lead unit for Task Force Ripper in Operation Desert Storm.

Mark accepted a sales position with UARCO, a national printing company. After learning the business, he opened his own printing business; Ideal Printing, Promos & Wearables, Inc.

In 2008, Mark co-founded the National Marine Corps Business Network, a business network exclusive to Marines and Navy Corpsmen. The network has over 50 chapters and 6000 members nationwide and growing.

Chris Percy, CEO & Co-Founder

Chris served in the Marine Corps from 1968 to 1970 and saw action with 1st ReconBn, Republic of Vietnam, where he was awarded several combat ribbons including the Purple Heart. In civilian life, he had a long career and held several senior executive positions in the financial services industry. Upon retiring in 1998, he founded a consulting company and in 2008, along with Mark Holm, co-founded the National Marine Corps Business Network as it is known today.

Robert Black, Director of Marketing

Robert Black served in the United States Marine Corps as a foodservice professional or better known as a 3381 or combat cook from 1994-1998. Awarded as “Chef of the Quater” for the entire 3rd Aircraft Wing West Coast. He achieved the rank as Corporal and passionately cooked for thousands of Marines and Sailors.

A true business development professional and online marketing champion. Robert has trained and mentored thousands of career retail sales professionals and small businesses nationwide. He has transformed countless businesses in driving revenue through sales and solutions based marketing. His primary focus has been mastering the art of communication through digital technology, social marketing, and traditional retail sales processes.
